Starting from the very beginning covering how to deal with a “first call” enquiry, checks required prior to leaving the funeral directors’ premises, the advantages and disadvantages of the different equipment available, Health & Safety, PPE, Manual Handling techniques and aids, the importance of ID checks, initial care of the deceased and what to do back at the funeral home.
