Over the last year we have all realised just how important taking care of ourselves and our mental health is. Lockdown has been difficult for many of us for lots of different reasons. In full lockdown things might have felt more certain as the rules were clearer. But now that lockdown restrictions are easing there may be new challenges which might make things feel less clear.
