Case Study: Charmaine Dunsmore
Charmaine was relatively new to the funeral profession when enrolling with Rosedale Training, yet she achieved A grades throughout her coursework and passed with flying colours.
Charmaine says,
“Prior to staring my diploma studies I lacked confidence in how best to support our bereaved families. The course and the opportunities within it increased my knowledge base and confidence considerably and has had a positive impact on the way I help families who come to us. I don’t think you can ever stop striving to give families the best possible care and so I am committed to continuing my own development. The ‘Supporting Those Bereaved by Suicide’ and ‘Mental Health First Aid’ courses were hugely beneficial. I don’t want to stop here and will always look for ways to increase my knowledge and be a better Funeral Director.”
